Equality on board
Posted 23rd February 2026
On Thursday 5 February during Morning Meeting, four Dixons Croxteth Year 9 students spoke about the ongoing issues many pupils face on the buses, from unreliable services to incidents of discrimination. They reminded everyone that staying silent allows these problems to continue.
Students were encouraged to share any negative experiences by visiting the library during Reading Mastery, where concerns will be gathered and passed on to the council and Arriva. Their message was simple and powerful discrimination has no place in our community, and speaking up is the first step toward change.
